How to Use Order Tracking
For Clients:
After creating an order, you'll receive an order number (e.g., ORD-12345). Use this number to track your order status through our AI chatbot.
Tracking via Chatbot:
Simply type your order number in the chatbot (e.g., "ORD-12345" or "#12345") and FireBot will instantly show you the current status.
Order Statuses:
- Новая - Order has been received and is awaiting processing
- В обработке - We're actively searching for suitable specialists
- Специалисты найдены - We've found matching specialists for your requirements
- Завершена - Order has been completed successfully
